These are the perfect break time or pre club snack for all our little foodies. Pumpkin seeds are full of nutrients like magnesium, zinc, iron & potassium, plus they are a great source of antioxidants.
Leftover seeds of a pumpkin
Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Drain your seeds in a sieve, removing any pumpkin slime. Pat them dry with a clean tea towel.
Place seeds on your lined baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and tamari. Mix everything together before spreading the seeds out across the baking tray, to ensure an even bake.
Place in oven and roast for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of your seeds.
